Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk such as almond or soy.
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon sliced turmeric, or 1/2 teaspoon dried turmeric
- 1 teaspoon sliced ginger, or 1/8 teaspoon dried ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Directions
In a saucepan, whisk milk, turmeric, ginger, honey, coconut oil and 1/4 cup water on high until boiled.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large mug.
Use a cinnamon stick to stir until cool, then enjoy!
