Minty vegan hot chocolate


  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons cane sugar
  • 4 cups soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon mint extract
  • Pinch of salt


In a medium saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar and soy milk over medium heat.

Add vanilla and mint extract, and salt.

Bring to a low boil, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and pour into mugs. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before drinking!
