At Happy Healthy Hippie, we’re all about taking the natural route to health. We pride ourselves on eating plant-based diets (don’t worry – coffee is a plant) and finding new ways to deepen our relationship with the planet. We’re a group of like-minded albeit slightly eccentric individuals who ditch harmful parabens and embrace stinky armpits, and practice yoga like it’s going out of style. Which, of course, it isn’t.

We believe in achieving wellness in the most wholesome and least harmful way possible, and that’s why we always avoid products tested on animals. That’s also why we’re always on the lookout for new ways to boost our mood and ease our stress and combat the common cold without using conventional drugs. 

Why, you ask?

Because natural is always better.

Emily Watson is a freelance writer and certified yoga and medical Qi Gong instructor. She has a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature and has been writing – creatively and otherwise – for ten years. Off the mat and away from the keyboard, Emily can be found hiking, camping and traveling with her wife and fur babies. She currently lives and works for a publishing company in Peterborough, Ontario.
